What counts as a device?

Any supported endpoint or hardware unit connected to your fleet that communicates through our control layer. TFalke currently operates across Windows-based systems, with broader platform support rolling out progressively.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes, your fleet's "Stage" can be adjusted instantly via the dashboard to accommodate expansion or consolidation.

How does billing work when scaling?

Billing is calculated per device, per month. When you add devices mid-cycle, charges are prorated to ensure you only pay for what you use.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No long-term contracts are required. You can opt for monthly billing or choose yearly billing to save 10%[cite: 2].
