Your current MDM
is lagging behind.

Legacy polling shows history. Real-time control shows the truth.

Legacy MDM"Send and Hope" Model
Commands wait for hours for device check-ins.
Dashboards reflect stale, cached data.
Silent failures with no execution proof.
Requires highly specialized administrators.
TFalkeReal-Time Endpoint Management (RTEM)
Instant actions, no wait time.
Live telemetry: What you see is happening now.
Brutally honest: success or failure, always clear.
Simple enough for your interns to run the fleet.
How it works

Real-time, because
there’s no polling.

Most Windows MDMs poll: the agent checks in on a schedule, so commands wait and the dashboard shows a cached snapshot. TFalke holds a persistent, encrypted connection to every device, so intent flows down and verified results flow back the moment they happen.

1 · Live connection

Every Windows device holds a persistent, encrypted channel to the control plane. No check-in windows, no polling intervals.

2 · Sub-second dispatch

Commands, an interactive CMD or PowerShell shell, and remote desktop reach the device in under a second.

3 · Verified outcomes

An action isn’t done until the device reports back. Software installs, policy changes and CIS-benchmark checks return confirmed, not assumed.

4 · AI, human-approved

The agent proposes a plain-English fix, an operator approves it, and every action lands in the immutable audit log.

From the trenches

IT teams stopped
waiting on their tools.

“Genuinely impressed. Commands, enrollment, remote and PowerShell access are all instant - ~2 minutes per device with one script. Managing 200+ devices across sites got far easier: CIS benchmarks in one click, real-time app-install status I still can’t explain, and an AI feature that’s genuinely useful, not whitewashed. One of the best implementations I’ve seen.”
SNShazin NBPIT Director · Largest supply chain in UAE
“We ripped out our polling MDM. Seeing a command actually land in real time - with proof - changed how much we trust the fleet.”
VMVarun ManattiOperations Manager · Simplex Fire and Safety
“Easily the simplest tool we’ve rolled out - the team was productive on day one, no training needed. Every feature I actually reach for is here, and it just works.”

Questions

Good questions,
straight answers.

Does the AI agent make changes on its own?

No. It investigates and proposes a fix as an explicit, human-readable command. Nothing executes until an operator clicks Approve & Execute, and every run is logged.

What do you mean by “real-time”?

Devices hold a live channel to the control plane instead of checking in on a schedule. Commands land in under a second and telemetry reflects the current state, not a cached snapshot.

Which platforms are supported?

Windows today, with macOS, iOS, Android and Linux on the roadmap. The control plane and agent model are platform-agnostic by design.

How does pricing work as we grow?

Free for up to 10 devices, then a flat $4 / device / month on Pro. No connector fees, no per-seat charges - you only pay for endpoints under management.

Is it safe to give an AI SYSTEM access?

The agent proposes; a person approves. Every action is attributed to an operator, reversible where possible, and captured in an immutable audit log you can export.
